MSI Digital Flow Control Option

Even in fluctuating air situations, the Digital Flow control will reduce the flow variation that the product experiences yielding more consistent parts with higher yields. The Digital flow is set in recipe reducing operator to operator variation. While operating there is no chance of accidentally bumping a knob that will affect production.

The catheter lamination digital flow option allows more flow control, consistent output and provides digital flow feedback. The software features a feedback loop that pulls more air to maintain a steady/ consistent flow if any pressure drops through processing. Additional features include overall flow stability, consistent processing, and user-friendliness.
