R&D Marker Band Swager

The MSI SW155 swages metal bands in a wide range of materials with our proprietary, robust Element swaging technology.

The SW155 is ideal for R&D or manufacturing. It requires operator positioning and preswaging. The system continuously swages to a fixed, uniform diameter without adjustment of shims. The SW155 operates quietly and produces a smooth surface finish. This swaging process is upgradable to our automated machine platforms, allowing manufacturers to increase production volumes without redundant validation.
